Angelica Landa
I am an imaginative and discerning instructional designer and e-Learning developer with a love of learning and a drive to facilitate positive and productive learning experiences. I work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their organizations needs. Throughout course development, I strategically plan how learners should engage with the content to drive behavioral change and knowledge retention. I use the ADDIE/SAM models for needs analysis to create an in depth plan for course development. Throughout course development, I actively seek feedback to ensure learning objectives and expectations are being met. I find great satisfaction in finding opportunities for self improvement to refine my skills.
To develop effective learning solutions, I possess proficiency in a range of tools, which include, Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, and Zoom. Being a lifelong learner, I strive to stay updated on the newest trends and technologies influencing the field of instructional design.
Apart from instructional design, I love spending time with my family, three fur babies, gardening, enjoying the outdoors, and occasionally love beating someone at the game of UNO.
Whether you need help designing an original learning experience or updating existing courses, I would love to discuss how we can collaborate to meet your business goals.

The Applied Instructional Design Certification is the culmination of a 9-month program called Applied Instructional Design Academy. I completed 400+ lessons, received extensive coaching, and completed a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects.
